BOYS POWER HOUR (ages 6+)

This hour long class is packed with nonstop fitness, parkour, overall strength, coordination, plyometrics and tumbling.  Boys ages 6 and older love the active climbing, jumping, flipping and running.  We teach movement patterns that create muscle memory used in a variety of sports.  Students get stronger, faster and more powerful.  The balance and coordination is tremendous for teaching focus and body awareness.  Lastly, we incorporate working as a team and being respectful.  Come join in on the fun and fitness!
