It is our mission to provide a safe, enjoyable and convenient place for gymnastics and fitness training for kids. We promote the benefits of physical activity and health consciousness in a fun environment, with the goal of building good habits at an early age.

KID'S NIGHTS @ SDG!

While parents go to their child's school auction, San Diego Gymnsatics has a pizza party for the kids! Parents drop kids off at SDG for a night full of gymnastics, tumbling, obstacle courses, games and more! There is even an option for your child to spend the night! Ask us for more information about holding a kid's night for your child's school!
